Bordeaux UK will always advise that your wine is held in optimum storage conditions. As a client of Bordeaux UK you can choose to hold your wine in one of our accounts in bond or have the wine transferred into your own private bond account.

When wines are held in bond they remain free from VAT and import duty and Bordeaux UK will cover the initial costs of storage and insurance.

We would like to recommend that whenever possible, a person should store their wine in their own private account in bond.
